What is the turnaround time on a product?Updated a year ago

This depends on what you're ordering!

Stock Items:  These are ordered "as is" items and are the fastest!  We can usually ship these items the same day you order them unless you order them after 5pm EST.

Personalized Items:  These require proof approval that can be done right online.  If you've approved your proof by 3pm EST, these get shipped on the same day.

Customized Items:  These are the products that require the artistic stylings of our graphics team.  You can expect to receive a proof within 1-2 business days and for the order to ship 1 business day after proof approval. 

ADD YOUR LOGO Items:  These are the items you'll find with "ADD YOUR LOGO" in the title. Like customized items, these require assistance from our graphics team. You can expect to receive a proof within 1-2 business days. These go into production off-site with our vendors. It's because of this that the production times may vary but are usually no more than 20 business days. 

Shipping Expectations:  See the attached UPS Ground Transit Times that originate from the great State of Michigan.  That's where we're located!  Keep in mind that these transit times may be different if we are working on a special order.
